Two notorious criminals were shot dead by Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (UP STF) officials during an encounter in Arail in Prayagraj late on Wednesday. According to reports, two were sharpshooters linked to gangsters Munna Bajrangi and Mukhtar Ansari.
