Heavy to very heavy rains predicted in West Bengal over the next few days

India Meterological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy to very heavy rains in West Bengal over the next few days. National Disaster Reflief Force (NDRF) has swung into action and has deployed three teams to Bengal. Raigad building collapse case: FIR lodged against five accused; search and rescue operations underway

A day after a five-storeyed building in Maharashtra's Raigad district collapsed, the police has registered a case against five persons in connection with the tragic incident. Heavy rainfall in Gujarat kills 9, NDRF rescues 30 people

As heavy rainfall continue to wreak havoc in Gujarat, nine people were killed and nearly 1900 people were shifted to a safer place. The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) is deployed at several places for the rescue operation. The rainfall has mainly affected the low-lying areas especially the Saurashtra region, disrupting normal life.
