‘Proper Discipline Ke Saath…’: Rajpal Yadav Reveals If He Had To Do Any Duties In Jail

In February this year, actor Rajpal Yadav surrendered in a cheque bounce case, and he spent around 12 days in Tihar jail before getting an interim bail from the Delhi High Court. The actor, who will next be seen in Bhooth Bangla, came as a guest on Farah Khan’s YouTube channel, and while interacting with her, he spoke about his jail term.

When Farah asked if his fans were there inside the jail, Rajpal said, “Waha pe fans toh nahi, lekin jo ek system hai, ek kanoon hai, anushashan hai, usse bada koi nahi (Not fans, but there is a system, a law, discipline, no one is greater than that).”

When Farah questioned if he felt angry about the situation, Yadav said, “Nai main har condition mein jeena sikh gaya hoon (I have learned to live in every condition).”

Further, when asked if he did any duties inside the jail, the actor said, “Woh naubat nahi thi. Lekin proper discipline ke saath hame waha rehne ke liye mila tha, toh hame waha pe rehna hie tha aur proper time katna tha (That wasn’t the case. But I had to live there with proper discipline, so I had to stay there and spend proper time).”

Yadav also thanked his fans and the celebrities who supported him during the difficult time. He stated that whoever posted about him on social media, and who didn’t share anything on social media, but still helped him, he bows down to everyone.
