Alot (Madhya Pradesh): State Congress general secretary and Sardarpur MLA Pratap Grewal blamed that the Modi government, which is standing on the crutches of communal polarisation, is unable to create any international pressure on atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh. He urged the Central government to break the silence on the issue.
Addressing a meeting of all Block Congress Committee workers of Alot Assembly constituency, Grewal said that on one hand, the rising inflation due to the policies of the Modi government at the Centre has broken the back of the common man, while on the other hand, the massive corruption of the Mohan government in the state has forced every section to cry for help.
In protest against this government of fear, hunger and corruption, the State Congress Committee will organise a Maha Aandolan in Bhopal on December 16. He appealed to the workers to join the movement in maximum numbers.
The programme was addressed by state Congress secretary and district Congress co-incharge Satyanarayan Patidar and Hardev Jat along with former district panchayat vice-president Virendra Singh Solanki, district vice-president Narendra Singh Guradia, Nizam Qazi, Block Congress presidents Ramesh Kumawat, Govardhan Singh Parihar, Jitendra Singh Mandawal, Narwar Singh Gurjar, City Congress president Abhinav Nigam, Radheshyam Chauhan and others.
